Annual CCCDI License Renewal Fee
Cross Connection Control Device Inspectors are required to renew their license by June 30th of each calendar year. To renew, you must be an Illinois licensed plumber or water operator in good standing with both IDPH and IEPA.

Cross Connection Control Device Inspectors are required to renew their license by June 30th of each calendar year. To renew, you must be an Illinois licensed plumber or water operator in good standing with both IDPH and IEPA. Once renewed, we will issue you a sticker or new card. While awaiting your new card or sticker, your emailed reciept can act as proof of renewal should you need documentation for a Community Water Supply requesting documentation of licensure. Card holders that fail to renew for 2 calender years will be removed from our database and be required to attend the full CCCDI training, including successful scores on the written and practical examination.
